Historical photographs from the Nez Perce – Clearwater National Forest. Photographic prints document activities pertaining to forest management, including but not limited to: forest employees, construction, flora and fauna, fire management, and timber management.

The collection includes original academic papers and journals, partial and complete diaries, maps, magazines and handwritten notes.

Aerial photographs prints and negatives of Idaho, Washington, and Montana National forests originally taken in 1933-1936 for the U.S. Forest Service.
