The materials contained in this collection are materials from John H. Sullivan’s time at the University of Idaho. The materials include sonnets, Sullivan’s thesis and dissertation, and microfilmed copies of historical books.

The Franklin L. Thomas papers span the years 1909-1949 and contain assorted writings by the author, including poetry, anecdotes, short stories, and a manuscript for a novel. Also included are photographs, rejection letters, and a printed volume of poetry, Rhymes from Idaho (Parma, Idaho: 1942).
