Activity Charts, Co-op Work, 1925-1933
Scope and Contents
The Records of the College of Forestry span the years 1924 to 1940, with the bulk of the material covering the years 1925 to 1935.
The papers include correspondence dealing with departmental matters and individual activities, reports, speeches, reprints of articles, typescripts of articles, and travel vouchers. Although the projects of several department members are included in these papers, the bulk of the material relates to the work of Ernest E. Hubert. The two major activities documented are Hubert's work on blister rust and F.G. Miller's work with the international commission assessing the damage caused by the Trail, B.C. smelter. Early issues of the mimeographed publication "Forestry Bulletin" are also present; volumes one and two are complete, volumes three and four have only a few scattered issues.
