Webbert was a University of Idaho librarian (1948-1981) and an Idaho representative to Pacific Northwest Library Association (1961-1963). The papers include correspondence, reports, minutes, organizational and other papers relating to the PNLA, in addition to genealogical information related to Webbert’s family.
