The collected papers of Honorable Judge Charles W. Hosack include research files, handwritten notes taken in preparation for or during trials he presided over, and numerous copies of court proceedings. There is also a sizeable collection of newspaper clippings covering many of Hosack’s decisions. Hosack spent time as the leader of the Kootenai Bench Bar Forum, at one time known as the Inns of Court, and records from that organization are represented in this collection.
