Biographical / Historical
The University of Idaho Agricultural Engineering department was renamed the Biological and Agricultural Engineering department in 1995. The deparment was located at one time under the College of Engineering (established in 1889), and later the College of Agriculture (now the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences. Sometime during the 2010s, the department was dissolved into different entities which taught similar courses in the College of Engineering and the College of Agriculture.
