Very little is known of the Blue Grouse Mining Company, other than that it eventually passed into the ownership of the Monitor Mining Company, eventually part of Day Mines, Inc.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

The records of the Blue Grouse Mining Company are part of the records of Day Mines, Inc., donated to the University of Idaho by Henry Day in 1984 and 1985.
