Biographical / Historical
Baxter Mow was born in Weiser, Idaho and graduated from the U of I in 1913. He was an Idaho Rhodes scholar and spent his life as a missionary. He lived until he was over 100 and spent his last years in Roanoke, Virginia. He never owned a car and always rode a bicycle.
