Katherine Aiken Collection on Idaho Mining Companies
Scope and Contents
The majority of the collection contains union labor agreements, contracts, and memorandums between the Internationl Union of Mine, Mill and Smelter Workers Local Numbers 14 or 18 and the corresponding mining company. The bulk of the records span the late 1940s to mid-1950s. Annual reports, newsletters, and cassette tapes of the oral histories were added to the collection in 2022.
