Abstract

Eleven typed transcripts and 2 vols. of exhibits for cases resulting from claims disputes involving Bunker Hill, Empire State-Idaho Mining and Developing Co., and Last Chance Mining Company.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

These case records were donated to the University of Idaho Library in February 1975 by Howard Buchanan and cataloged into the Day-NW collection. In December 1986 they were transferred out of the cataloged material and placed in the manuscripts accessions area.

Processing Information

These materials sustained minor water damage in November 1988 when a water pipe broke in the Professional Building where Special Collections materials were stored during the remodeling of the Library basement. The material was freeze-dried and returned to the library in January 1989.
