Biographical / Historical

Dan O’Brien was a track and field star at Idaho in 1989. He's won three world decathlon championships, a 1996 Olympic gold medal and a spot in the USA Track & Field Hall of Fame.

W. Mark Felt was a University of Idaho alum who after graduating began working for the FBI. During his time with the FBI, he rose to prominence when he became the chief whistle blower against President Nixon during the Watergate trial. It wasn’t until 2005 that he revealed himself as the anonymous source. W. Mark Felt died in 2008 when he was 95.
