The Primary Source digital newsletter was published on the platform Issuu (issuu.com) and linked via the website of the University of Idaho Department of History beginning in Fall 2013. In light of the university's planned website redesign circa 2024, members of the Department of History requested that the newsletters be archived. The newsletters include messages from the department chair, interviews with students and alumni, reports about department events, book reviews, and more.
