Biographical / Historical

William John Brockelbank was born 13 March 1895 in Duncan, Canada. He worked at the University of Idaho Law department from 1943 to 1965, and served as the acting dean for the College of Law from 1943 to 1945. Brockelbank died 13 September 1984 in Moscow, Idaho. He was married to Esther Norie.
