Biographical / Historical

Kathryn Louise Healy was born in 27 January 1905, in Des Moines County, Iowa. Healy was raised on the family homestead near Roberts, Idaho. She earned her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Idaho between the years of 1921 and 1925, where she meet her husband Arthur Roberts. They moved first to Kellogg, Idaho where she taught school. They moved to Bozeman, Montana. She worked as a teacher, author, and speech pathologist. Healy died 16 February 1986 in Bozeman, Montana.
