Biographical / Historical
Records from the University of Idaho Registrar’s Office from 1946-1970. Includes an immense amount of enrollment information regarding students and veterans, as well as correspondence between University of Idaho and other schools around the USA. Includes letter correspondence regarding the Gault Hall Arson of 1956. Includes class schedule information, from meetings to discuss transferring to a quarter system as well as changes in final exams, courses, and religious classes.
Kathleen Probasco Ketchum was born 25 February 1946 in Addison, Michigan. She earned a degree in music education and met Robert Probasco at the University of Michigan. They moved to Moscow in 1968 where Kathleen worked for Student Counseling Center. She then worked as office manager to Bruce Bray from the School of Music. She transferred to the Registrar's Office in 1992 as the associate registrar and academic publications editor. During this position she edited the general catalog and graduate catalog. She retired in 2001 earning the title of "Honored Staff Retiree". She seperated from Robert in 2007 and then married Wayne Ketchum in 2008. Kathleen died 25 December 2012 in Moscow, Idaho.

Arrangement
Arranged by topic and date. Two packets have been clipped together due to being ripped in half.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Materials came from the Univeristy of Idaho Registrar's Office in September 1996 via Kathleen Probasco.
Processing Information
Two boxes inside one box have been sorted and filed into 35 folders in one main box. Metal paperclips have been replaced with plastic paperclips- staples have been left.
