Most of These Papers have either “University of Idaho” “U of I” “Moscow, Idaho” or “Idaho” somewhere on them. They are all from this campus or around the area. More than half are from this campus because these are parking records from the university.

Biographical / Historical
The Parking Committee is now Parking and Transportation Services.
Paul Conditt was head of acquisitions at the University of Idaho for many years. He was additionally charged with handling budgets and gifts. At the end of his career, he was fiscal officer and gifts librarian. Conditt was employed at the University of Idaho Library from 1961 to 1994.

Abstract
All consist of Parking Committee records which mainly was meeting reports, meeting agendas, and other miscellaneous items.
Arrangement
During processing there was not much rearranging, for the files, they were split into different series on the spreadsheet. Folders were placed into chronological order.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Materials were gathered by Paul Conditt, who was a member of the parking committee as well as a librarian at the University of Idaho Library.
Processing Information
Folders 6 and 7 were previously housed in a binder as one item. During processing they were removed for space conservation reasonings. Remaining material was kept in original grouping.
