Biographical / Historical
Fanny Belle Winnigham Greene was born on 30 July 1869 in Lowell, Arkansas. She married Thomas O. Greene in 1988. By 1900, the Greene's had move to the Pacific Northwest, first to Whitman county, Washington, then Juliaetta, Idaho, and then Moscow, Idaho. She died on 2 May 1957 in Moscow, Idaho.
