Biographical / Historical

John Oliver Levinson was born in Chicago, Illinois on 24 October 1914. He was the son of Salmon Oliver Levinson and Ruth Levinson. His father was an attorney specializing in corportate law. Salmon was an active member in the peace movement and was responsible for the Kellogg-Briand Pact. John died in 1974.

Mary Louise Perrine wrote "Elephants and donkeys: The memoirs of Mary Borah."
