Biographical / Historical

Fletcher Harper Swift was born in New York City 20 May 1876. He worked for forty two years as a professor at various colleges, including the University of California. Special interest in the field of school finance. He was invinted to speak at a Joint Meeting of Idaho Public School Trustees Association and the Idaho Education Association on 27-28 November 1931. Swift died 28 May 1947 in California.
