These files encompass various years of the Jazz Festival. Subject of materials include festival operations, grants, contracts, corporate sponsorship information, correspondences, marketing and advertising, concert entries, sales, and other significant information.

During processing, the materials were found in various boxes across the International Jazz Collection section of the archive storage. Each folder had seemingly been labeled but was left in no sequential order. As such, the materials were left in whatever order they were found it.

There is a restriction on use for this series as some materials are noted as sensitive. Those materials are appropriately marked.
