Neal Parsell was an alum of the University of Idaho, graduating in 1966. For a majority of his life he was employed by the Forest Service, and worked on the Nez Perce National Forest. This collection contains his unpublished essay, "Early Settlers Along the Middle Fork of the Clearwater River". It also includes a CD that contains his research notes and comments.
